As we’ve continued to see the extraordinary impact of COVID-19 and how it is disrupting so much of our daily lives, in response to the changing situation, Dr. Kropf and the staff would like to share some additional measures we are taking to demonstrate our commitment to all our patients.

As we navigate through the uncertainty of COVID-19 together, our clinic will have to limit in- person appointments, and we know you need greater flexibility to manage the change happening around us. Here are few recent changes we’ve made to help you:

We will provide a way for our patients to speak with Dr. Kropf and/ or our Physician Assistant Diana via telephonic conference or a video call appointment. Your appointment date and time will remain the same.

If you choose to have a video call appointment, please call our scheduler 310.248.7320 and provide your email and you will receive an invite for a video chat meeting via an app called “DOXY.ME”. This is a free of charge website and/or mobile application.

We will include all the details on how to set this up in the email.
